Video Game Cutscene

This was probably the largest 3D animation project I have undertaken. It was developed for the 3D animation subject and was used in a game, consisting of a dialogue between the main character and his friend. The cutscene was animated in Blender using Rigify, and for the facial animation, I used simple shapekeys combined with the audio. Final Reflection

Overall, I consider the animation a success and an important step in gaining experience in the 3D animation field. However, I point out one main error in the animation that I did not like. The lack of fluidity in the movements makes them very robotic and stiff. I believe this is due to two main factors: the lack of references for the animation, as most of it was based on my idea of movement rather than on references, and the limited time to animate everything, which forced me to finish the work in a hurry.
